If you google "unique wedding guest book", you'll likely find hundreds of different companies that sell guest books....but they still all look the same. The standard tends to be a blank book, about 5" x 7" in size, and my come with a goofy pen with a feather attached. I've been to plenty of weddings where this book is set on the gift table and not surprisingly, these books tend to just be a roll call of who was at your wedding. This is an all to often missed opportunity to really get guests involved. I am a victim of this blank guest book as well. I can honestly say I've never looked at my guest book since my wedding day. I don't even know where it is in my house!
