WELCOME BAGS WITH MEANING

A trend that started some years ago, the welcome bag, has really evolved. It's a nice little surprise when you check into your hotel for a wedding. I've come across a wide range of welcome bags and I've realized that there are great ways to customize them for you and your weekend events.
Yes, you could fill them with the standard bottles of water, chips, gum, etc. But go that extra step. Try incorporating a little something that is special to the wedding itself or the location.
If you have your wedding in Chicago, then add some Frango mints that are famously from Marshall Fields (now Macy's sadly). Or if the wedding is in Colorado, add in a couple of bottles of beer from the local brewery. I once received a CD that I could play in the room while I was getting ready. It was full of songs that you could tell really meant something to the couple, and it got me excited to see them say "I do!"
Not only will guests enjoy the treats, but they'll see how you put a little extra thought into it for them.
